What started as a small project has soon become......well,  you know the rest of the story! So here we are, and you say where is that?

A firefighters's focus is on fighting fire and saving lives. These brave individuals embrace their responsibilities and we want to honor them by saying thank you for who you are, for what you do and especially for doing it in our city - Tallahassee, Florida.
The idea to have a statue dedicated to the men and women of the Tallahassee Fire Department began in 2008, and was the starting point for the Foundation. The ability to raise the monies needed for such an endeavor was a larger project than that first thought.
Hopefully in the future, talk of the Tallahassee Firefighter Memorial Foundation will be a part of everday firehouse conversation, dialogue that will pay tribute to the firefighters who came before them and instill pride in the firefighters that will carry on ahead of them.
